Original, useful, specific.
Every story starts with a real question a hospitality operator may be trying to answer. It must explain why the situation happens and leave the reader with something they can use.
RollCall Stories exists to make one operating decision clearer. It is original work from RollCall, not a feed of rewritten articles and not a separate media company.

We may construct a hypothetical or composite situation to make an operating lesson concrete. We do not disguise one as an interview, a customer story, a visit, or somebody's lived experience.
We do not invent people, quotations, customers, relationships, results, statistics, or RollCall capabilities. Reported stories require sources, permission, and a separate review.
A story may point to one RollCall tool or product surface when it directly helps with the decision being discussed. Most stories do not need one, and no article is written around an advertisement.
A submission lets RollCall contact the sender. We ask separately before publishing a name, quotation, business detail, or story.
If a factual detail, link, attribution, or framing is wrong, email us with the story URL, the exact passage, and the strongest evidence you have. We will review it and correct material errors in place.
